ARCHIE
This is Archie, he is now about a year and a half old. When he came to join us at LBDR,apart from being house trained Archie he had very little training. He has now been fully assessed and started his training.
Update Archie has learnt how to walk well on the leadbut this training will need to be ongoing while he is young. He has the cutest wiggle as he walks.
Archie has now had two family adoptions and through no fault of his own he finds himself back in rescue. This is very unsettling for any dog and poor Archie really wants and needs to be settled , so that he can feel secure and confident. Archie is currently in a foster placement so that he can continue to experience family life. But he is very ready to find a new forever home and he is longing for a family to call his own.
He loves life and can be a little bouncy when excited so would suit an active family. Archie would be better with older children as he can be bouncy. He likes other dogs so if introductions go well he could live with other dogs or would be equally happy on his own, provided he gets to play in the park with the friends he is sure to meet.
Archie is looking for owners that are prepared to continue his training and teach him all he needs to know.
